This intensive workshop brought together cross-functional teams to explore opportunities around user retention and engagement. With a focus on driving repeat transfers and increasing top-of-funnel activity, we examined the current state of Zepz Loyalty, mapped communication flows across domains, and identified gaps in the user journey.
